ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT/PA TO HEAD OF SIXTH FORM

Permanent, required for 6 November 2017

Part-time (20 hours per week), term time only

Salary FTE £16,781.00 – £17,419.00 gross pa (£8.70 - £9.03 per hour)

To assist the Head of Sixth Form in the efficient discharge of their duties. This will include diary management and administrative duties as well as responsibility as the first point of contact for all KS5 student admissions, arranging visits and liaising with parents.

The position requires someone with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, who is well organised and proficient in the use of IT, especially MS Word and Excel.

Consideration will be given to a combination of this role with our other advertised position of Public Relations and Marketing Officer.
