We are looking for a highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As the Administration Assistant you can expect to support the office team in a range of administrative and clerical duties. You will be the first point of contact for parent/carers, will deal with incoming and outgoing communications, collect pupils from classes, handle messages, administer first aid, compile data and create and maintain databases and other computerised systems. You will form part of a friendly team so you must be able to build relationships. Please note that this role is required to work term time only therefore this is reflected in the pro rata salary
· possess excellent communication and customer service skills
· be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively within a team and on your own initiative
· have a proven track record in the proficient use of Microsoft Office
· have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
A current First Aid certificate would be advantageous.
