We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join the staff of MEA Central.
This is a permanent post, working 35 hours per week term time only plus 5 INSET days.
The salary for this post is: Grade 3, SCP 4, reflecting a starting annual pro-rata salary of £16,515 due to 39 working weeks.
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our administration team who work collaboratively to ensure that the school’s administration efficiently and effectively. This position will be based on the school reception and having primary responsibility for reception duties but supporting the wider admin team providing excellent customer service to colleagues, students and the wider school community.
• You will be well organised, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with a range of different audiences, including , parents, colleagues, students and external agencies.
• You will have excellent ICT skills and administration skills so you can provide outstanding support to the team and school.
