ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST
Montacute School is an all-age special school for children and young people who have complex learning difficulties and disabilities; we educate pupils from Poole, Bournemouth and Dorset area aged 2-19 many are on the autistic spectrum, others have sensory impairment, physical disabilities or high medical needs.
We require an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our busy and friendly office team. We are looking for someone with experience of working within a busy office, where multi-tasking is key.
The Receptionist is the first point of call for visitors to the school, parents, staff and children. As the ‘face’ of the school, this person should be welcoming, personable, helpful and be able to represent the School in a professional and friendly manner. It is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same.
You will work as part of the school office team and be responsible to the Support Services Team Leader and Head Teacher.
An enhanced level DBS disclosure is required for this post.

Contract: SCP 2-4 £15841.92 - £16485.49 gross per annum according to experience and experience. Monday to Friday 8 am – 4pm - 37 hours per week / 44.6 weeks per year.
