Working as part of The GORSE Academies Trust, Elliott Hudson College aims to ensure that all of its students receive an outstanding education. Staff have high expectations of students both inside and outside of the classroom. Our ambition is to build a community and culture that promotes in young people the self-belief needed to access the highest standard of higher educational provision and employment.
Through this approach Elliott Hudson College aims to be a catalyst for social change, transforming opportunities for the young people in the communities it serves. We are determined through our work, to ensure that poverty and deprivation should in no way limit either the quality of a young person’s educational experience or the levels of achievement to which those students are able to rise.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are keen to join our highly effective support staff team. The last few years have been exceptional for The GORSE Academies Trust and we are incredibly proud that Elliott Hudson College has been judged as ‘outstanding’ in all areas, by Ofsted in March 2018. This judgement is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of the whole staff team at the College and we hope that you want to join us.
