Administration Assistant

Administration Assistant & First Aider

We are recruiting for a friendly, proactive and organised Administration Assistant & First Aider to join our dedicated team in the main school office.

Hours of work

38 weeks a year (inclusive of non-teaching days designated for professional duties) 

20 hours per week Tuesday to Friday, working five hours a day. Working  hours are 8.30am to 2pm (with a 30 minutes unpaid break)

The successful candidate will

• Be an experienced administrator

• Be first aid trained or willing to be trained

• Have the ability to work independently, prioritise workload and use own initiative

• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
