North Bradley CE Primary School is looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their team. Working as a member of staff within our Trust you will be a part of a team and play an active role in ensuring the learning and development of all our young people.

The working hours for this role are expected to be, 6.5 hours per week, one full day per week, which day to be discussed at interview. 38 weeks per year. The start date for this role is as soon as possible. 

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include, effectively distributing everything received into the school office (paperwork, money, goods). Maintaining medical supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating supply needs and placing orders. The successful candidate must be able to receive and prioritise incoming telephone calls, and deal with them appropriately. You must be comfortable learning systems such as Arbor in order to input information such as pupil records but also to maintain and keep up to date all records. It is essential that you are an excellent communicator in order to support the smooth running of the school office.

This role will involve contact with children and the post holder will be engaged in regulated activity relevant to children and will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check before appointment is confirmed.
