The working hours for this role are expected to be 08:30 - 15:30, 6.5 hours per day Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours per week, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch. The start date for this role is 06 July 2026. This role is Fixed Term for one academic year, ending 31 August 2027.

We are seeking a highly organised and approachable Administration Assistant to support the smooth running of a busy school office, providing high-quality clerical, administrative and data management support. The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for visitors, parents and staff, managing enquiries, telephone calls and communications in a professional and welcoming manner. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate pupil records, supporting attendance processes, handling school communications and assisting with reports, data entry and general office systems. The role also involves coordinating administrative aspects of school activities such as trips, clubs, admissions, newsletters and payment systems. You will liaise effectively with colleagues, families and external agencies, ensuring information is managed efficiently and sensitively at all times. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills who can work flexibly, remain calm under pressure, and build positive relationships across the school community. A strong commitment to safeguarding, professionalism, ongoing development and supporting the well-being of children is essential for this role. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.
