ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Grade 8 pts 28-35 / £28,440 – £34,254 pro-rata. 

Contract: Term time – 39 weeks + 2 weeks.

Fixed term -6 months duration in the first instance (budget constraints)

Brunswick Park Primary School is a two and a half form entry school, run as a three-form entry school in Camberwell, Southwark. It also has a purpose built nursery offering up to 60 part time places.

We are seeking to appoint an Office Manager for a varied role in our school. You will manage the full range of administrative support, take overall responsibility for managing the building and facilities, be responsible for managing financial and HR processes in the school. 

You will need to demonstrate the following experience and skills

· highly developed organisational and administrative skills

· the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the school community

· excellent written and IT skills with an eye for detail

· the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise effectively

· excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle situations with sensitivity and tact

· experience of managing staff and the ability to lead and motivate
