WORKING PATTERN:      35 Hours per Week, All year round

SALARY:                            Grade 7 – Points 26-30 (£30,451 - £33,782)

We are seeking a highly organised, efficient and enthusiastic Administration Manager who would love to be part of our journey at The Barlow and could be instrumental in making a difference to our school.

You will be located in Didsbury, (often voted as one of the most popular places to live in Manchester) only a short walk from the vibrant shops, bars and restaurants of Didsbury village. You will also have access to excellent transport links to Manchester city centre and surrounding areas.

Working alongside the School Business Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the school office and front of house services. This key person will oversee internal and external school communications and will line manage a team of support staff. 

In addition, providing first aid for staff and students on a rota basis.

You should:

  • Have significant experience of working in an admin role and managing a team.
  • Have experience of development, management and operation of administration systems
  • Possess a high standard of numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and that of others to meet conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
