We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented individual to take on this important role. An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join us as the Administration Office and Recruitment Manager working in a large secondary school.
The ideal candidate would have experience of working as an office manager, preferably having experience of working in a school environment, although not essential. You will have excellent communication skills and outstanding IT skills.
The key purpose of the role is to manage and monitor the delivery of an efficient and effective day-to-day administration service as well as front of house, providing a comprehensive range of high-quality services supporting and enabling the efficient running of the school, as well as developing high-quality functional relationships across the staff, with families and external agencies.
In addition, you will manage whole-school staff recruitment processes and progress through to the induction stage as directed by the HR & Personal Assistant to the Headteacher and support the SLT in coordinating recruitment processes, as well as managing.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, 52 weeks a year
