Administration Officer

Perivale is a two form entry Primary School. We are looking for a strong school administrator, with experience, to provide comprehensive administrative support within our team.

We are looking for a proactive, innovative and hardworking Administrator who will work alongside the leadership team with a specific responsibility for the day to day management of pupil admissions, the school’s website, social media channels and communications with our school community. As an administrator within our administration team, you will play an integral role to deliver a great customer experience and high quality administration service to support the smooth running of the school.

The skills and experience we are looking for include:

·        Innovative, organised, and hard working

·        Experienced in the use of School Management Systems such as SIMS, Arbor (FMS experience would also be an advantage)

·        Confident with Microsoft/Google packages

·        Able to work productively as part of a team (with office, teaching and support staff)

·        Flexible, positive and has a good sense of humour
