We are seeking to employ an experienced, enthusiastic & dedicated Administration Officer to join our team at Nerrols Primary School and Nursery. The successful candidate will provide a full range of administrative support and maintain an effective and efficient school office.

Built in September 2019, Nerrols Primary School and Nursery is a small but growing school, currently with five classes and a nursery, growing to 14 classes over time.

This is an exciting and challenging role requiring someone with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills and a professional approach to all members of our school community and visitors. Applicants must enjoy working with children and be flexible and adaptable as plans often change and interruptions are guaranteed!

General information and benefits:

  • Fixed-Term Contract - Maternity Cover
  •  £21,968 - £24,054 FTE (Grade 14, point 6 - Grade 13 point 11 of the support staff pay scale)
  • 32 hours a week: Monday to Thursday, 8:15am to 3:45pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break) and Fridays 11:45am to 3:45pm, Term time plus insert days.
