The school enrols approximately  340 students in Years K-10.  Being a Central School gives us the unique opportunity to work with students and families for almost the majority of their educational journey. About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our welcoming community.  The Administration Officer (Reception) is responsible for providing a pleasant and professional first point of contact between the school and the community.


Essential Criteria

  • A strong commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College and a willingness to foster it in the College community;
  • Experience working in Front Reception / Customer Service;
  • Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet, and numeracy skills;
  • Competence in MS Office, MAZE Accounting software (or similar);
  • Demonstrated high standard of communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Well-developed organisational skills;
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Awareness of WH&S requirements and the skills to maintain a clean environment;
  • The capacity to develop and maintain effective and supportive interpersonal relationships with the school community.
