Job overview

With immediate effect we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & hard working Administration Officer to work within our Administration team, providing an efficient, effective and streamlined service to our Assistant Headteachers and our Duke of Edinburgh Leader.

The successful candidate will need to be adept at multi-tasking and managing their time effectively. Good ICT skills and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, along with relevant administration experience. Candidates must also have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. They should be able to quickly form good relationships with students, parents, colleagues and other professionals.

References will be sought and the successful applicant will need to undertake an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check.
