A0 3 | $54,829 - $57,151 (pro rata)

(position arising from an employee resignation)

We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer with high level skills in data entry and quality assurance for a one-year project position with Toowoomba Catholic Schools.

This role will require you to use an already established Access database alongside the redevelopment, reformatting and file management of associated documentation in a program that provides support for students with a disability.

The ability to self-manage, work to deadlines and be agile and forward thinking is also a requirement of this role. 

High level written and oral communications skills that enable you to quickly build and maintain relationships with a range of people in schools and across the Toowoomba Catholic School office will ensure success.
