About the role:

This is a key role in supporting central services in both the Registry and Exams departments as well as other internal teams such as the Delivery and Employer Engagement teams to ensure all data is processed in a timely manner through to the MI department.  To work with the MI Department to ensure the data matches the expected enrolments.  To provide reports on Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators as specified by the Quality & Compliance Manager.

About you:

You will have good written and oral communication skills coupled with a high proficiency in the standard Microsoft packages.

You will also have experience of line manager experience preferably in the apprenticeship sector.

Some of the key duties will include to line manage a team of administrators, working closely with the Head of MI, Exams and Registrations team.  Producing monthly KPI reports, maintaining accuracy of records, monitor enrolments, validations and certification to meet agreed service level agreements.

About Westminster Kingsway College

Westminster Kingsway College, Regent’s Park is one of two campuses part of Westminster Kingsway College, a further education college based in central London. The college provides a wide range of courses for both 16-19 school leavers and adults looking to further their education. The college was established under its current name in the year 2000, following a merger of Kingsway and Westminster Colleges. The Regent’s Park campus is responsible for providing the colleges employability services, as well as a number of vocational courses and pre-apprenticeship provision.
