Job overview

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 9 primary schools, soon to be 10, Teaching School, and SCITT.  Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire. Our academies are quite distinctive and separate schools, serving different communities and phases but all either are, or have the capacity to become, outstanding.


As the ATLP grows and develops further exciting opportunities has arisen for the following role based at John Willmott School, Reddicap Heath Road, Sutton Coldfield, B75 7DY.



ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT


Salary: Grade 2: £18,562 – £20,493 Full time salary (actual salary £16,179 – £17,863 pa)

Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week) term time only.  You will not be required to work during the school holidays

Start Date: Required as soon as possible



Do you love the idea of working in a school environment? Have you got excellent IT and interpersonal skills? If so this is a great opportunity for you to join our friendly and supportive team.

In this role you will support the Senior Office Manager and the administration team in providing an administrative function to students, staff and parents. 

 

Hours of work will be 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 4.00pm on Friday.


Please note there may be some flexibility with working hours which can be discussed should you be called for interview.
