ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT 

Salary Grade 4 – circa £20,700 (full time equivalent) pro-rata (5 days per week - term time only) 

Hours 09:00 to 17:00

St Gregory’s has a vacancy for an Administration Assistant within the School Office. The main duties will involve typing of correspondence, recording student data and producing reports, carrying out administrative tasks on behalf of heads of year, photocopying, answering and dealing with telephone enquiries and reception duties.

We are looking for a team player who is discreet, flexible and who can work accurately and to a high standard under pressure. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, the ability to communicate with a wide range of people, they will also be computer literate with experience of working on data bases, excel, word and publisher.   Knowledge of Sims is desirable but training can be provided.

St Gregory’s is an Ofsted Outstanding, over-subscribed mixed Catholic secondary school with a Sixth Form, offering high academic standards within a disciplined, supportive and friendly environment.
