Required: As Soon As Possible

Monday to Friday – 37hrs per   week

42 weeks per year (term time plus May holiday and 1st + 4th week   Summer holidays)

Band 2, Scale Point 11 – 16,   Actual Salary £15558 - £16759

· Do you have excellent administrative skills and computer literacy?

· Are you highly efficient and organised?

· Are you are able to communicate clearly and assertively whilst remaining calm, and tactful?

· Do you have a flexible and cheerful outlook plus a willingness to support other members of the administrative team as required.

If so, we'd like to hear from you. You will be expected to provide a high-quality administrative service within a busy office.

Applicants should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to use their own initiative and manage their own workload, and be able to prioritise high volumes of work. You should also have strong IT and problem-solving skills and an understanding of an educational environment. Knowledge of SIMs (the school's database) and experience of reviewing/proof reading documents is desirable.

Willingness to be first aid trained is essential for holiday working. 

Moulsham High School has a close working relationship with an on-site early year’s childcare provider. This enables staff working at the school to receive a discount if full day nursery or wrap around care is required.
