The Compliance Office ensures that The Godolphin and Latymer School Foundation is fully compliant at all times with a wide variety of guidelines and legislation for both Godolphin and Latymer School and Godolphin and Latymer Redcliffe Gardens School. The post of Compliance Assistant is a newly created role and presents an exciting opportunity for development.
The post-holder will primarily provide support for the Assistant Bursar (Compliance) with various administrative tasks. Specific responsibilities within Compliance will include; amending policies and templates, scheduling and clerking meetings, maintaining accident records and health and safety checks, liaising with insurers and the local authority and data protection compliance. The Compliance Assistant will also provide support in overseeing arrangements for educational visits.
Strong administrative and IT skills are required, along with a meticulous eye for detail.

The salary will be commensurate with the post and will depend upon qualifications and experience.

The safeguarding responsibilities of the post include: All staff working in the School during the school day will have some contact with children and will therefore be in regulated activity. In your role you are unlikely to be working with children directly but will regularly interact with pupils who may seek your assistance or otherwise interact with you when moving around the school.
