Bradford College is looking to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in the FE Quality Unit.
The role will provide confidential administrative support to the Assistant Principal for Quality & Standards, the Academic Quality Officers and other members of the wider team relating to a wide range of quality assurance processes and records, including student complaints, student perception of course surveys, focus groups and general administration. There will be a requirement to interrogate data management systems and provide accurate, timely and reliable reports to support management decisions.
The ideal candidate will be customer focused and will have the ability to work with and relate to people of all levels and will also be able to work flexibly as part of the Quality Team.
