We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, well organised, and reliable Administrative Assistant with previous experience in a similar role to provide high quality and effective administrative support. You will be providing administrative support within the reception area and the wider school. You will be dealing with general office tasks including answering telephone enquiries, sorting post, scheduling appointments, and drafting letters to parents and other stakeholders.
You will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, excellent administration, organisation, and ICT skills. You will be able to work well under pressure whilst managing a diverse, demanding workload and can meet deadlines. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to play a significant role in the development of the school’s administration processes.
