Administrative Assistant
Fixed Term Maternity Cover until 31/08/2018
40 weeks per year, 36 hours per week
Salary: £18,357 - £18,936 pro rata (£15,983 - £16,487 per annum, actual salary)
This role includes routine general administration duties, data input (mainly into SIMS), reception which includes being the face of the school and the first point of contact for many parents.
The school is currently on an exciting journey to become an academy with the Partnership Learning Trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our office team on this journey. The candidate should have good communication skills and excellent IT skills with experiences in Word and Excel. A school background would be an advantage but any experience of a data system will be considered.
