37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days

Salary A1/A3 Actual Starting Salary £19, 880 (£12 per hour)

 

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, highly organised, and diligent Administrative Assistant to join our growing and supportive Pastoral Team.  

We are looking for an individual who will take responsibility for the administration and associated duties of the Pastoral Team and ensure excellent communication with all parties involved in the education of our students. 

Effective liaison with parents/carers will engage them as key stakeholders in their child’s educational experience.  With excellent inter-personal skills you will be empathetic but also possess the ability to be firm as appropriate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of different administrative roles within KS4 especially, but also the wider Pastoral and Administrative Team as necessary. The role will include aspects of; attendance and behaviour procedures, pastoral support and liaison with students, staff and parents.
