Join our experienced team providing care for the educational, emotional and developmental needs of each of our students, preparing them for a safe, happy and fulfilled life.  Administrative Assistant Starting Salary: £19,269 inclusive FTE (actual salary dependent upon hours worked) Part-time – 16-20 hours over 4 or 5 days per week, predominantly a term time post   A suitably knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual with good communication and organisational skills is required to provide general administrative support to the Moor House Research & Training Institute.   Duties and responsibilities include:  • Coordinating all administrative aspects of internal, external and online training courses, including arranging resources and acting as first contact point for participants; • Maintaining records in relation to training courses and tracking progress towards their delivery date; • Organising the collation and distribution of all course related documentation; • Acting as first contact point for the School Ethics Committee and coordinating / distributing all related documentation for the Committee; • Providing general support in relation to all aspects of Institute activities, including room booking, printing and dealing with incoming and outgoing post.  Ideal candidates will be able to work independently with minimum supervision and demonstrate a capacity for working to tight deadlines. In addition, you will have good communication skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Publisher, and Excel skills to intermediate level.
