Salary Grade: LBR 4 (Full-time equivalent Annual Salary: £27,855-£29,139)

Pro-rata Actual Annual Salary for 36 Hours/Term time Only: £23,646 - £24,736

We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to be part of the administrative team; duties to include first aid, switchboard enquiries, dealing with parents, staff, pupils and external agencies and word-processing. The successful candidate should ideally have previous experience of working with pupils in an educational environment, of answering and dealing with telephone enquiries, and of using ICT packages.
