Rhosnesni High School is seeking to appoint an efficient and effective Administrative Assistant with primary responsibility for producing a variety of resources for our whole school. You will join our established and growing Administrative Team and will provide administrative support to across the curriculum.

The successful candidate will have a positive, friendly and flexible approach to their work, possess excellent ICT skills, have the ability to work to deadlines, prioritise work and be experienced within the administration sector.

Duties include;

  • Production of whole school reprographic resources using top of the range commercial printers (only ICT experience required)
  • Ensure all reprographic equipment is kept in good repair and well maintained
  • Stock control for consumables/stationery & effective record keeping
  • Manage accounts for subject areas (Microsoft Office)
  • Produce identification badges for staff
  • Be responsible for the administrative upkeep of all school printers/copiers
  • Other routine administrative duties to support the Admin team


We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual who works well within a team and also has the ability to work under their own initiative. Previous experience with large commercial printers is not essential but would prove advantageous. Full training will be offered to the ideal candidate.
