Administrative Assistant

We are looking to appoint a part time Administrative Assistant to be part of our administrative team. The role will be based in our SEND department.

You will have a busy and varied workload in all aspects of working in a busy office including; communicating with parents, transition paperwork, SEND administration, maintaining student files, managing the SEND diary system and preparation of paperwork for meetings.

Our successful candidate will:

• Have some knowledge of SEND and EHCP processes.
• be able to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace and initiate new ideas
• work confidently within a team
• have a positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to prioritise workload using own initiative.
• be flexible in the role
• understand compliance in GDPR and able to maintain confidentiality
• have excellent communication and IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office
