We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated and well organised Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for all Estates and Facilities enquiries. You will manage our facilities help desk and allocate tickets to facilities staff. In addition, you will obtain quotes for maintenance work at all Orchard Hill College (OHC) sites, schedule works and disseminate maintenance schedules to OHC site supervisors, Senior Premises Officers and other Estates team members prior to each College holiday period.
