An opportunity has arisen to appoint an Administrative Assistant in the Main School Office. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well organised and motivated person. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a diverse range of administrative tasks.
The successful appointee should possess:
• GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
• Demonstrate experience of undertaking a diverse range of administrative processes and procedures. Previous experience within a school environment would be desirable.
• Demonstrate good ICT skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Possess a working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice and awareness of relevant legislation.
• Ability to relate well to children and adults.
• Work constructively as part of a team, but also demonstrate initiative; understanding school roles and responsibilities and own position within these.
