Newham Collegiate Sixth Form Centre (the ‘NCS’) is a dedicated sixth form centre which opened in September 2014 in iconic Grade 2 listed buildings on the East Ham Town Hall Civic Complex. Our A Level results are outstanding with 90% A*/B and 99% A*/C. The centre provides a stimulating education and personalised curriculum within a supportive environment in which students are en¬couraged to stretch themselves academically to achieve their potential. The NCS offers an academic A Level Curriculum with a specialism in Sci¬ence and Maths, alongside strong pathways in Hu¬manities. The A Level Curriculum and the extra-curricular programme is focused on preparing students for progression to highly competitive universities in the UK and abroad.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Officer to join our committed support team and work pro-actively with the Database and Office Manager, the senior leadership team, teachers, and the wider support team across a range of Administrative activities including, database management and reporting, educational trips management & compliance and general administration.
Attention to detail is key, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet critical deadlines. On top of this, you should be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills and be willing to undertake further training as required for the role.
In this post you will play an instrumental role in school improvement, developing whole-school systems and ensuring that the school is outstanding in every category. You will be working with a team whose mission it is to embed excellence in everything we do.
