We have eight vibrant community based College Centres across London and Surrey where committed, specialist teams deliver a range of programmes to meet the needs of over 400 students.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated Assessments and Placements team in an administrative capacity, to work solely for Orchard Hill College, liaising with staff, students, parents, carers, professionals, and visitors.

You will lead on providing administrative support in relation to student annual EHCP reviews, as well as provide information, advice and guidance. You will coordinate EHCP annual review meetings, including arranging, attending and taking minutes of the meetings. You will manage diaries, book meeting rooms and send out invitations to both internal and external persons.

You will need to be able to prioritise your own workload and that of others to meet both statutory and college deadlines. You will be expected to produce various reports, and maintain up to date records on the Management Information System.

You will need excellent communication and organisation skills. Experience of working within education, preferably SEN, is desirable but not essential.
