Job overview

Rossington All Saints Academy are looking to appoint an Administrative Officer (Reprographics and First Aid) to join our academy in September 2019.  The purpose of the job is, under direction, to provide routine clerical and administrative support and high quality, comprehensive, reprographic support service to the academy.  This role will also require applicants to assess the medical and welfare needs of students and staff, and administer front-line First Aid.

The successful candidate will ensure that pupils with ongoing medical needs are supported in school in line with their Individual Health Care Plans, administer approved medication to students and maintain records and reports.

The hours for the role are: Permanent / 37 hours per week, 5 days per week / term time only plus 5 days (39 weeks).
