South Chingford Foundation School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as an Administrative Assistant with responsibilities for Welfare. This is an exciting role and requires someone with a good level of organisational, IT and administrative skills.
Candidates must have experience in administrative work and be able to use various Microsoft Office Packages; including excellent Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint with competence. Candidates will also have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills as this role requires contact with staff, students and parents. For the welfare aspects of this role, a Paediatric First Aid qualification is essential and the Trust will cover the cost of the training for the suitable candidate.
The successful candidate will also need to be able to demonstrate that they have previous experience in an administrative role, are able to work flexibly and prioritise workload, work calm under pressure and uphold a professional, friendly manner at all times.
