Administrator (Apprentice)

Ebbsfleet Academy has an exciting opportunity to appoint an Administrator to join us as soon as possible, with the position being offered as an apprenticeship. The Administrator position is pivotal to the smooth running of our academy and our appointed candidate will embark on an apprenticeship course, gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification during their time in the post.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Responsible for administrative duties across the academy, we are looking for an individual with the ability to work and achieve results under pressure, communicate with great patience, and work calmly in a busy open plan environment.

We endeavour to offer further employment following successful performance and completion of the Level 3 course with future opportunities to extend your training with a higher level apprenticeship programme. We offer in-house Continuing Professional Development and you’ll be part of a highly experienced and efficient office team – you’ll be learning from the very best.  ​​​​​​​

Apprenticeship Summary

Working weeks: Monday - Friday, Term Time + 1 week inset

Total hours per week: 37 hours per week (including the 20% training element of the Apprenticeship)

Apprenticeship duration: 12-18 months (approx.)

Programme delivery type: All modules are delivered as a combination of online learning which can be completed at your place of work, classroom sessions and contrasting work placements in schools

Start date: As soon as possible

Apprenticeship level: Advanced Level Apprenticeship (Level 3)

Apprenticeship standard: Business & Administration

Essential entry qualifications: GCSEs A* - C, Maths and English
