Job overview
The Griffin Schools Trust is looking to recruit a highly skilled, organised, enthusiastic and motivated administrator to work at pace at the Trust’s Headquarters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the operational side of the Trust in all administrative areas of a busy office supporting the work of the Executive Team. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential for the role as well as school office experience.
The successful candidate will have:
• Knowledge and experience of supporting governance
• Experience of office administration and/or management in a school/MAT
• The ability to work under pressure
• Experience of supporting/experience of dealing with complaints
• Experience of providing personal and administrative support to Senior Leaders, Executives and/or Governors
• Experience of producing and/or updating policies
• Knowledge and understanding of personnel, GDPR, safeguarding, complaints, recruitment and governance
• An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office and Google docs
• The ability to design and produce marketing materials including brochures.
