The Sheffield College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced individual to provide a range of administration and clerical services.
Working as part of the cross college careers team you will be required to provide administration and clerical support.
Duties and responsibilities of the post will include:
· Provision of specific and dedicated clerical support to the Careers department and the HeppSY project.
· Provide support to meetings and events as requested.
· Participation in college events e.g. open evenings, careers fairs
It is therefore essential that candidates have the ability to:
· Carry out the procedures of the department effectively, individually and within the team structure to meet external and internal deadlines.
· Work as part of a team to develop the procedures of the department in line with the colleges’ strategic plan.
· Communicate effectively at all levels.
· Develop skills across the scope of duties within the department to ensure flexibility which meets the needs of the service
