We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, efficient and enthusiastic administrator to join our pastoral team.
Required as soon as possible, a well organised and enthusiastic colleague who has excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting young people. The successful candidate will be part of a team providing effective leadership in the 6th form and will ensure that pupil attendance and wellbeing remain as top priorities across the team. They will have strong ICT skills including word processing, Excel and data bases.
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
· excellent communication skills, including high standards of written communication, grammar and spelling
· excellent IT skills with a range of software
· ability to work under pressure to prioritise and meet deadlines
· ability to work with tact, diplomacy and maintain confidentiality
