LEEDS COLLEGE OF BUILDING
Hours: 37 per week
(Temporary to cover Maternity Leave – up to 12 months)
Working as part of a team, you will provide an efficient administration service for the College’s Student Services function. Duties will include assisting in the co-ordination of admission procedures for students, monitoring and maintaining records and processing applications for student financial support funds. You will also undertake general administrative tasks such as data input, word processing, filing and photo-copying.
You will have excellent organisational and IT skills as well as relevant administration experience. Experience of providing information over the phone and on a face to face basis is essential. You should possess 5 GCSEs (grades A*-C) including English Language and Maths, or equivalent, a Level 2 IT qualification and knowledge of Microsoft software.
