The Shared Learning Trust is a successful multi-academy trust in Luton and Central Bedfordshire. We currently comprise five academies and have exciting plans to grow and add further academies to our education family.
We have an excellent opportunity for an organised, hard-working and dedicated Administrator to join us. You will support our friendly central HR Team, responding to enquiries and service requests related to HR Administration. This role will suit someone who is a competent Administrator with a methodical approach to record keeping and producing documentation. You will have excellent communication skills and set high standards for yourself to ensure processes run smoothly.

Key Duties:
· Administration and processing of new starter paperwork including; DBS documents, offer letters and contracts.
· Deliver excellent customer service by providing accurate information and support in response to enquiries
· Support with annual pay increase letters
· Ensure that efficient, accurate and timely end-to-end processes are adhered to.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks while working to deadlines and maintaining a high degree of accuracy
· Input of employee data into the HR database and maintenance of accurate records of all HR information being mindful of GDPR legislation and maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
The successful candidate will have:
· Experience of working in an administrative environment, HR administration an advantage but not essential.
· Experience of supporting managers across a variety of departments at different levels in all aspects of transactional requests
· The ability to handle multiple tasks while working to deadlines and maintaining a high degree of accuracy

Salary: £18,933 - £20,493 (L2/L3) Depending on experience and previous success.
Hours: 37hrs/ 52 weeks –A term time only appointment would be considered for the right candidate.
