As an Administrator, you will help make your school run like clockwork. You will be involved in running the reception and you will be first point of contact for callers, both in school and on the telephone so a welcoming, professional approach will be key. You will also support the Senior Administrator with managing the day to day administrative tasks associated with running a busy school and will be responsible for accurate files and production of reports.
To join us, you will need some previous administrative experience and a high degree of computer literacy (Word and Excel). You should be used to working on several administrative tasks and be able to switch between them, whilst providing excellent customer service to people contacting the school. Just as important is an approachable, helpful nature, you should be ready to support our team and build a natural and respectful rapport with our young people.
