We are recruiting an Administrator to work across both Yeoman Park Academy and Redgate Primary Academy to provide a variety of administrative support. The candidate will work alongside our Team Leader, the wider admin team, and will be an integral part of our academies.


Job Title:                     Administrator

Salary:                          Grade 4 - actual salary £17,800 - £19,270 per annum 

Hours of work:           37 hours per week, term time only

Contract:                     Fixed term until 22 July 2022 with potential to be extended 

Closing date:              30 January 2022

Yeoman Park Academy is an outstanding academy for pupils with severe (SLD), profound (PMLD) and complex (ASD) learning difficulties aged 3-18. Redgate Primary Academy is a SEN school for pupils aged 3-11 years, whom have moderate/severe and complex learning difficulties, predominantly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The successful candidate will:       

  • Believe in the importance of inspiring our children and making a difference to their lives   
  • Have good planning, prioritisation and organisational skills and administrative experience   
  • Be able to demonstrate efficient and collaborative working utilising a variety of IT systems   
  • Be part of a wider group of administrators leading the way on continuous improvement of the use of systems and process to enhance performance      
  • Be able to work flexibly, independently and as part of a team.

Yeoman Park Academy is a specialist academy for children with severe, complex, profound and multiple learning difficulties. The age range is 3 -19  and we currently have over 80 children and young adults attending the academy. We are a fully inclusive academy and strive to ensure that all children meet their full potential.
