Reports to:       Business Manager

FTE:                  3 days/22.2 hours per week term time only – 39 weeks. 0.6FTE.

Location:         Orpington

Salary:             £13,136.85 per annum. (£25,300.60 FTE)

 

We are looking for a College Administrator who, as part of our dedicated and friendly team, will provide administrative support to the Principal, Business Manager and College Leadership team as well as ensuring that the general administrative needs of the college are fully met.

Duties of the role include:

·        Arranging meetings

·        Compile reports as directed

·        Provide admin support and coordination for employability

·        Create college surveys and collate and present data

·        Organise and maintain college files and directories

·        Arrange and book staff training and student excursions

·        Provide monthly support to the college business manager in preparing staff credit card and petty cash logs

 

If you are an excellent minute taker, have advanced level Microsoft Office knowledge and excellent verbal and written communication skills, and can organise tasks to meet varied deadlines we would love to hear from you.

You will ideally have a level 3 administration qualification or demonstrable experience in further education administration. You will have a minimum of C or 5 in GCSE English and Maths.
