Reach South Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional Operations Administrator to join the Trust in as soon as possible.

Hours/Contract: Full-time, Permanent position. 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

About the Role:  Reach South Academy Trust is seeking an energetic, passionate and resilient Administrator to work within our Operational team to build on a culture of high expectations and achieving the best outcomes for our pupils. 


You will be involved in all aspects of the administrative function within Operations which will include supporting the Director of Operations. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to Director of Operations, this role is an ideal opportunity to get involved and gain experience in all aspects of operational support within a dynamic and fast growing Mult Academy Trust. Areas you will support include Estates, ICT, Health and Safety, Communications, Project Management, Public Relations and Legal Support working as part of a team who provide operations related services to Reach South schools across the South West.


About you: 

The successful candidate for this role will: 

• have experience working with in a same/similar role with general administrative duties; and be able to demonstrable experience working with a wide range of administrative tasks including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations (MS Office Suite), data input and collation, photocopying, typing, filing, and formatting policies.

• be familiar with all aspects of an administrative function and be able to demonstrate you can communicate effectively by responding to emails and correspondence, and organising your workload in an effective manner;

• be able to demonstrate they can work within a busy and sometimes demanding role where you can effectively manage competing priorities

• will or may have experience working with compliance and health and safety data collection and related legislation; 

• will have experience of working with different Management Information Systems (MIS) and may have experience working with different software packages and maintaining databases.

• will be a team player with demonstrative experience working in a collaborative way with colleagues and partners

• will or may have experience working with purchase orders and invoicing  process

• will be familiar working with relevant legislation associated with an administrative role. 

• be able to demonstrate the ability to quickly build rapport and develop constructive working relationships by communicating effectively with colleagues across an organisation, external consultants/partners and contractors.
