We are seeking to appoint an organised and reliable individual with excellent communication skills to work as an administrator on an exciting new project, based at our Curriculum Centre in Norwich.

The project is funded through the Department for Education’s Strategic School Improvement Fund (SSIF). It is led by the Inspiration Trust and works in collaboration with research partner schools across the East of England. The project aims to investigate the impact of a knowledge-rich primary curriculum on the reading abilities of Year 4 students over five academic terms.

The successful candidate will be key in ensuring efficient and accurate communication between internal and external partners, analysing data, and collaborating with research partner schools, and will provide a professional administrative support service for the project lead and research associate.

This varied role will also assist in the organisation of training events, including an annual residential event, and the production of resources and training materials for schools. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organised, and able to prioritise workloads. A flexible and willing attitude is essential, as are good numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.

We are committed to offering excellent professional opportunities and learning opportunities for our staff, through careful support and personalised CPD. We offer a structured and specific induction programme.
