Job overview

At an exciting time of growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious and experienced Administrator for a varied role. Working predominantly in the Neurodiversity and Adapted Learning Department at the College, the person appointed will provide excellent administrative support for colleagues during an exciting period as the department expands to meet the challenges of providing an inclusive and dynamic experience for all pupils. A number of significant changes are planned to include relocating within the College building to provide more space and support for pupils.

The department screens, identifies and supports pupils with additional learning needs and helps them to achieve their potential. The open-door nature of the department benefits all pupils and especially those with learning difficulties and disabilities. Pupils at the College achieve strong academic results, with the Neurodiversity and Adapted Learning Department playing a key role in this success.

In addition, the person appointed will provide administrative assistance for Visiting Music Teachers (VMTs) at the Prep School to ensure the smooth running of music lessons for pupils, in collaboration with the Head of Music. Thirdly, the appointee will also provide important support for the Front Office of the College each day, covering for colleagues and assisting with general administration.

Applications will be considered as they are received by the College and candidates may be invited for interview at any stage.  Early applications are warmly encouraged.
