Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a school Administration Manager to promote the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the school and ensures the most effective use of resources in support of the academy learning objectives. 

As the Administration Manager, you will need to be a capable individual with assured skills in administration, organising staff, compliance and customer service. The school are therefore looking for a committed person with outstanding communication skills to play a key role in the busy day-to-day operation of the school.


The working hours are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday term time, plus 20 additional days 


Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure the provision of an efficient administrative, and management  support service to the school in accordance with the approved school and Academy Trust policies
  • To oversee the development & maintenance of data, records & information systems
