Admissions Administrator (Tours and Visits Co-ordinator)

Cheltenham Prep’s Admissions Team seeks to appoint a part-time Tours and Visits Co-ordinator.

• Hours of work will be 15 hours per week for 34 weeks of the year (term time plus one week)
• Ideally the 15 hours will be split over two days a week 08:00-16:30 with one hour for lunch Monday and Friday, our key days for visits.
• Salary based on College Grade C and pro-rated for part year working (from £7,287.39 based on a full time equivalent of £24,862)

The successful candidate will worked alongside the Tours and Visits Lead to arrange all visits for Prospective Parents as well as Taster Days and Sleepovers, and providing an additional layer of support in all Admissions events including Open Mornings and Entrance Days.

It is essential that applicants have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to create a warm and positive customer engagement experience for prospective pupils and their parents. As the first voice on the end of the phone, or first face that they meet, the ability to make a strong first impression is a vital part of the role.
