25 hours per week, Term Time only + 5 training days

£12,236 - £13,277 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting, Academy Scale 4

Location: Hayes, Middlesex 

Work Pattern: 9:00am – 2.30pm (30 mins lunch)

We are seeking to employ a highly motivated and capable person to work in our busy academy office.

We are looking for a professional person who:

• is a confident administrator, able to carry out a variety of tasks;

• has excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff and parents;

• is happy to join a dynamic and hard-working team;

• has good IT skills (Microsoft Office, SIMS and email);

• has the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure;

• has a willingness to contribute to the overall ethos and aims of our school.

The ideal candidate will have excellent office, organisational and interpersonal skills combined with a flexible, confident approach. They will need to be able to be highly accurate and efficient and maintain high standards in all aspects of their role. 

We require someone with excellent front of house skills who will present a positive image to teachers, pupils and parents with a clear telephone manner and the ability to work under pressure. As one of the first points of contact for the school, you will create a friendly but professional impression to our visitors.
